Mint & Lemonade Hagi Ware Rice Bowl Set of 2

Mint series Rice Bowls with a sweet pink rim and cool mint green hue the yellow rimmed, cool lemonade series Rice Bowls with a blue-green gradient. This is the two color difference pair set. It is also recommended as a wedding gift. The mouth of the bowls are made a little wide open so that the color of the bowls can be seen when you serve rice.

Hagi Ware (Hagi-Yaki)
The charm of Hagi Ware lies in the rough texture of the clay and the pockmarked surfaces laced with cracks in the glaze. Hagi Ware is liquid-permeable. This results in another interesting characteristic, that is, that its color and tone change with use, especially if used to drink tea. Hagi Ware also effectually expresses a certain simplicity due to the original standards of its style, the tint of the clay, and the glazing technique.
