Return for porcelains and potteries

SAKE.treat takes pride in offering products of the highest quality, artistry, and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, simply return it for a full refund. Sale merchandise must be returned within 10 days.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for porcelain and pottery, please email info@saketreat.com for a return authorization number. If you do not obtain a RA#, your package will be refused. Items must be unused in original condition with tags attached within 10 days for a refund. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back on in anyway, the item will NOT be accepted back. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise.

Please ship your package through a traceable shipping method. We suggest UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation.

We will email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to confirm your return. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued within 1 billing cycle. We do not accept returns after 10 days from receipt.

Return for perishables

You may be eligible for a refund. However because our products are consumable perishables, it is our policy that products should never be returned except where specifically requested. We do not accept unauthorized returns. In the event that an unauthorized return is received, We are not responsible for refunding any of the shipping costs associated with the unauthorized return.

Important:

Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email immediately to insure "ship to" address is correct. Should the address be incorrect, please contact sate treat immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there will be a $20 redirect charge should the address need to be changed while in transit.

Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 10 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 10 days. Please contact us immediately at info@saketreat.com and we will process a claim and/or replacement. USPS usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. sake treat MUST be informed within 10 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
